Rules
- No spamming, god modding, or powerplaying. ONLY ADVERTISE on the Advertising page.
- No sexual talk. Please skip birthing too, you can talk about birthing but no details please.
- No swearing except warriors swears. Your cats may not speak in different languages either.
- Keep names warrior cat appropriate. Names like Cagedbird or Goblinsword are alright, but something like iPadsoul or Jessicatail are not allowed.
- You may make as many characters as you want, but please be sure to rp them all. You can always give them away, put them up for adoption, reserve for later, or have them die.
- Only two high positions per person unless the owner (Dread) makes an exception.
- Be sure to read the Love/Hate rules.
- Occasionally, though not too often, I will randomly assign a member to kill off one of their characters. If you are a leader, I will randomly assign a day where you will lose a life. It may happen at any time. I do this to either a) keep plots moving, b) keep the number of cats per person down, c) make you get rid of a cat you are not playing with, d) let positions get replaced.
- Any questions, ask Dread the site owner.
Clans
Clans are not exactly distinguished as Clans. They are more often called Kingdoms. I do not want the change of names to confuse you. Kingdoms are simply Clans, Clans are simply Kingdoms.
There are four Kingdoms. Each Kingdom is ruled by a Royal Family. There are other families of cats within each Kingdom.
The Kingdoms have their own Castle. A Castle is basically the Clan camp. The cats sleep in rooms, not dens, the fresh-kill is in the kitchen, and there are rooms for congregating and such. Titles, such as Leader and Deputy, are also changed. (see Roles).
The Kingdoms all have different relations with each other based on their history. Neighboring kingdoms fight over land or prey. Tensions may be high or low. Certain Kingdoms are strongly allied while others are not. To see how the countries allies and enemies change, see the Kingdom Status page under Guide.
The Warrior Code is the same as in the Erin Hunter books, with only minor modifications to how the titles are called.
Only a Royal Family member may rule the Clan. Females and Males may rule, but being a female ruler is not as encouraged as a male ruler. The firstborn son is usually put on the throne.

How To RP Chatango
How To RP Chatango
It is honestly not as hard as people think it is. I personally loved Webs chatboxes and comment boxes, both for different reasons. But to be quite honest, Chatango boxes, though they are somewhat new in the RPing world, are actually quite simple to use! And since Webs got rid of chatboxes/comment boxes in their latest version, they're going to be the ways of the future since, well... you won't have any other choice (unless you like forums, which a lot of people won't even use). Anyways! Let me teach you how to use a Chatango! Ready?
--- --- --- --- ---
There are 2 ways to set your name in Chatango:
1. With a temporary name:
a. It could be your character's name
b. or your nickname that you commonly use
2. Or as a Chatango member:
a. You can sign up to become a member (just like with Webs)
1. Step One: Create a membership name (this is the name that will be seen when you RP. Create a password and fill in the email section (your email will not be displayed)
2. Step Two: You don't have to download the Message Catcher - it's a bit pointless to do so.
3. Step Three: Add a picture that will be displayed with your name (you can edit it later).
4. Step Four: Click "done" and congratulations! That's all it takes!
--- --- --- --- ---
See? Not so difficult, is it?
And you want to know the best part?
Remember how I had said that I use to love the old Webs comment boxes and chatboxes for different reasons? Well, the Chatango boxes are like a combination of both! Not only does it save the old comments so that you can read back and never miss a conversation, but you can RP fast without ever having to refresh the page. They also make a sound whenever someone posts so that you can go away and come back when you hear the noise! This is all too easy.
